Although our media and content services are our main business, Geekmedia is all about added value services to the Israeli tech community and therefore is involved in various projects in order to fulfill the community needs.

Among those services you can find our GeekCalendar – a central calendar that aggregates all the conferences, networking events, shows and has become a very popular events board of all technology and startup events in Israel.

Geekmedia also supports the Venturegeeks Startup Accelerator Program that will launch in early 2011. Venturegeeks was founded in order to bridge the "pre-seed" gap in the regional Startup scene, by creating a 3-6 months intense startup accelerator program where entrepreneurs receive mentorship from leading mentors in the Israeli tech community (inc. VC's, Angels, Successful Entrepreneurs and leading tech experts) along with all the logistics support needed, in order to transform a good idea into a successful startup that can raise a seed-round (up to 1M$).
